1. Homemade Spiced Holiday Mead and Wassail

Learn to make simple spiced Yule mead and Wassail punch for your next holiday gathering or to while away the winter hours. Using minimal equipment and ingredients that can be found in most kitchens and grocery stores, you can make a delicious mead that can be ready to drink within just a few weeks of brewing. If you need a stronger kick, you can also make a warmed punch by blending and heating mead, wine, ale, cider and/or your spirit of choice. One sip and you’ll want to exclaim “Wassail!”
