Scott Meyer started Congaree and Penn as a tiny rice farm in 2014 and with the help of his wife, Lindsay, it’s now a thriving farm that’s spearheaded a new wave of agritourism in Jacksonville. Congaree and Penn is an small integrated farm for chefs, foodies, and friends of sustainability on the First Coast. Currently milling rice fresh weekly, and releasing new shrub syrups seasonally while growing their orchard, apiary, and rice paddy system.
