Marinated Tomato Salad Recipe
4 sliced tomatoes
3/4 cup oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
a dash of dry mustard
Marinate the tomato slices in a mixture of all the other ingredients for 2 to 3 hours. Drain and serve on a bed of
lettuce or watercress. Serves 6 to 8.
