April Jones is the founder of the Pinehurst Farmers Market located in downtown Columbia, South Carolina. April advocates for her community as part of the food justice and food sovereignty movement. She’s a writer, photographer, blogger, YouTuber, recipe developer, and book reviewer who’s passionate about community, gardens, and farmers’ markets.
Carolyn Jones is a Holistic Health Educator and Chaplain who teaches the art of self-care and practices a ministry of presence. She is licensed by the New York State Chaplain Task Force and serves the community as an herbalist, a certified aromatherapist and reflexologist.
