In this episode of “Mother Earth News and Friends,” Dylan Woock, co-founder of Bivvi, shares how the vision for an inclusive outdoor experience developed into a sustainable, high-quality cabin business, and how they’ve designed these a-frames to be functional, low-impact, and eye-catching.

Born in Eugene, Oregon Dylan Woodcock has grown up fully immersed in the landscapes of his home state. As an architectural designer, spatial planner, 3D modeler woodworker and metal worker, his design sensibility is rooted in the landscape and sustainable practices. Dylan has extensive experience in fabrication and intuitively understands materials and how they come together to create beautiful, simple and functional design.

He attended the University of Oregon School of Architecture and Allied Arts where he earned a bachelors degree in architecture with a focus on sustainable architecture and landscape design. Dylan has since worked and studied abroad in the United States, Canada, and Germany and now resides in Portland, Oregon where he works as a designer and co-founder of Bivvi Camp.
