Water Plants With Veggie Water

My mother always said the best part of the vegetable is lost in the water as the veggies cook, so, I thought, why not use the water to nourish plants I’m growing?

After cooking vegetables, I cool the liquid and use it to water my gardens. I have observed an improvement in the color of my plants’ leaves and stems. My caladium has the brightest red leaves!
