Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp fresh peppermint leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- Place chopped mint leaves in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring mixture to a boil.
- Remove pan from heat and let cool 15 to 20 minutes. In a separate bowl, stir cornstarch and oil until smooth.
- Strain the mint out of the water, and then add the cornstarch mixture to the pan. Stir well.
- Return the pan to the stovetop and apply medium heat. As soon as the mixture reaches a boil, turn off the heat and allow it to cool completely.
- Stir well, and place finished toothpaste in a clean container.
