To get supplies to Phantom Ranch at the bottom of the Grand
Canyon, this train of mules slowly works its way down the steep slopes to
deliver the goods. I can imagine those being long trips, but how else would you
get what you needed to the bottom. This photo captures the mules winding around
the dusty corner as the sun is setting.
